The table is set, the menu is made, the guests are ready and about to select.

“So, what’s in the menu..”?

And the service staff replied promptly, “Sir here is our menu card”.

So, which one is your take?

Think, which one is your call?

Every day, every moment we make a choice to feed our mind. Are we ready to feed it with just anything or we are we sensible enough to know the repercussion of feeding harmful stuff that could poison our mind to lose its sight, sanity & functionality.

Take for an instance, when we go to a restaurant to have food & we know nothing about the tastes of the dishes which are written on the menu card, we ask the service staff to provide us what’s their speciality, which are their best ones that would make you as well as your stomach happy and content & treat your taste buds adequately satisfactorily. So, your obvious decision would be to feed yourself the best.

Then why we will not do the same with our mind, why we wonder, get confused, fail to understand & weak to fathom what to put inside our mind.

Is it such a tough decision to make?

No, it’s not, it’s a decision where your positive choices take over the negative ones and the reality is all the trash ones need to be dumped out of the sanity & the rationality of mind. Be choice wise or otherwise.

We must instruct the mind to choose what’s good for us, what would lift our spirit, motivate us to perform, allow us to dream, inspire us to grow as well as progress & heighten our soul to flourish and to experience an enriching life ever after.

So, when our life’s menu is spread we must put on our sense-making thinking cap, use our logical and rational bent of mind and feed the very best to our decision-making abilities to use the menu card at its best.
