Happiness is something we want it so desperately in our lives but we don’t know how to get it and what we need to be happy…

We go on a marathon of emotions to find out reasons how not to be happy… we crib.. we complain.. we cry.. we comment.. we criticise and then what happens.. we get collapsed in the clutches of negativity.. of self-pity.. and how true is that..

Take for an example if we put an orange in the juicer are we going to get strawberry juice.. it sounds weird.. right.. exactly if we put negativity in our mind then it would breed only negativity..

So the thumb rule to be happy is to put happy words.. happy thoughts in mind.. be happy and be a reason for the happiness of others. Failures, downfalls, rough times & worries are just passing phases… be perseverant… things will be alright gradually.. be happy anyway.

Happiness begets happiness… make this the ultimate mantra of your life and make it a way of life.
