‘Thank you’ & ‘Sorry’, two most commonly used words or in a more intelligible way, two most widely used sentences..this sounds more obvious… These two words almost solve all the problems at least to a great deal, that sounds quite impressive… But there is always a better way to do things & sufficient rooom for improvement… We can always refine our words & way of expressing ourselves by consistently working upon our communication skills…Rather than saying only sorry at the time of admitting our fault, we can say, Thank you so much for your kind nature, thank you for always being there or thank you for understanding my problem…Let’s be more concise & specific as well as considerate while using these words…
